Ecommerce Executive

We’re looking for a confident, driven Ecommerce Executive to support our Ecommerce Assistant Manager and help keep our website trading smoothly day to day.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit at the heart of online trading — optimising product listings, supporting promotions, and continuously improving the customer journey to drive conversion and revenue.
You’ll support the day to day running of our website by:
Uploading and updating product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and stock information
Making sure product content is accurate, on-brand, and SEO-friendly
Checking the website for errors, broken links, or incorrect product information
Supporting seasonal launches and new product uploads
Working closely with teams such as Merchandising and Marketing
You’ll help to bring promotions and campaigns to life by:
Assisting with setting up promotions, discounts, and campaigns
Updating homepage banners, category pages, and promotional messaging
Supporting the trading calendar across key retail periods, sales, and launches
Helping to merchandise the website based on seasonality and trading priorities
Assisting with basic reports and performance insights
To be invited for interview you must have previous experience in an ecommerce role and have excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
