Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Experience Assistant to become a vital part of our customer experience team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your Role: As the face of our brand, you'll handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or webchat with professionalism and care. If you’re familiar with Zendesk (or similar systems), communicate confidently, and thrive in a solutions-focused environment, we want to hear from you!
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within fashion retail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident with learning new digital systems
- Sharp attention to detail and high accuracy
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities
- Flexibility to support occasional weekend shifts during peak times
Work Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend support during busy periods.
