Are you passionate about fashion and shoe design, with a knack for organization and an eye for detail? We’re looking for a Design Admin Assistant to support our busy, creative Design team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
About the Role:
As a Design Admin Assistant, you’ll be the vital link between our designers, factories, and suppliers. This varied role will see you handling everything from managing samples and organizing raw materials, to liaising with factories and ensuring our systems are up to date.
You’ll play a key part in maintaining our PLM, supporting with spec packs and CADs, and keeping our department organized and efficient. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin and design-related, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track design samples and raw materials
- Liaise with factories and suppliers to support the product development process
- Maintain accurate data in our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
- Assist with creating and updating spec packs and CADs
- Support the design team with day-to-day admin tasks and creative projects
- Help keep the department organized and running efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant fashion or footwear design degree or equivalent level design qualification
- Previous experience in a similar design or admin support role (preferred)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong communication skills and confident liaising with internal and external teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and PLM systems is a plus
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a genuine interest in fashion and design
